Real Estate Classes In Washington

by Washington Federal Team on September 15, 2011

Looking to complete your clock-hour requirements while advancing your real estate education?

Washington Federal and American Reporting Company are teaming up to offer a series of classes for real estate professionals. We are offering four-hour classes to help our valued real estate partners complete their clock hours that are required to renew their license for the upcoming year.

The seminars provide real estate professionals with a detailed overview of the credit markets and changes to the reporting industry; an overview of appraisal principals and regulatory changes; and a review on how appraisal values are determined. These seminars will spark discussion and provide value for everyone attending.

The seminars will take place on specific Wednesdays in September and October. Dates and times are:

  • September 28: 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., and 1:30-5:30 p.m., at Washington Federal office at 9929 Evergreen Way, Everett, Wash.
  • October 12: 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., or 1:30-5:30 p.m., at Prudential NW Realty office at 620 S. 320th St., Federal Way, Wash.
  • October 26: 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. at Washington Federal office at 300 East Fairhaven Avenue, Burlington, Wash.; or 1:30-5:30 p.m. at Washington Federal office at 2122 Barkley Blvd., Bellingham, Wash.
